Te Arai Links - a TTG Review
We are excited to include the new Te Arai Links in our golf tour of North New Zealand.
Te Arai Links has 2 world class golf courses and the largest putting green in the world, known as The Playground. It is situated on a stunning stretch of coastline on the east coast of NZ overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The two courses are not only world class and visually dramatic, but exceptionally enjoyable to play. They are bona-fide showstoppers, having been designed by two of the best golf architects in the world, Tom Doak and Coore/Crenshaw.
The accommodation is architecturally designed, modern and luxurious. Eat and drink onsite at Ric’s Restaurant which has a relaxed Kiwi beachy vibe, a perfect place to hang out after your golf. If you want more golf, then grab a drink and some snacks and take on your golfing buddies to a putting competition on the ‘monster’ Playground – a 2 acre putting green of pure fun.
Hopefully the new Ocean Restaurant will be open when we arrive in November.
Te Arai Links has been designed for the discerning golf traveller and is sure to exceed all their expectations.
