On this 8-night escorted tour of New Zealand's North Island, you will play the GREAT Golf Courses of the North Island, visit Taupo and Napier, and stay 3-nights in luxury onsite accommodation at Te Arai Links. Plus there will be time to enjoy a Cup Day lunch at Craggy Range Winery, explore Art Deco Napier, visit Huka Falls, plus relax and have some fun with putting games on the 'Playground' putting green at Te Aria (it is THE largest putting green in the world) and enjoy many dining pleasures.
This is a pure golfing holiday that is perfect to enjoy with your fellow golfers.
The accommodation includes 3-nights in a luxury suite at Te Aria Links overlooking the golf course, 2-nights overlooking the lake in Taupo and 3-nights in the heart of the Art Deco town of Napier.

(a beautiful course located in a wildlife sanctuary, rated 9 in NZ)

(world renowned pure links designed by Tom Doak, rated 2 in NZ)
Te Aria South Course
(world renowned pure links designed by Coore/Crenshaw, rated 3 in NZ)
Please Note: Te Arai is a walking only course with push buggies provided. Caddies are readily available. (at extra cost) A very limited number of carts are available if you have a medical certificate. However, a significant amount of walking is still required so we do not recommend relying on using an cart if you have any physical disabilities.

Itinerary
ITINERARY
Friday October 31 - Fly into Taupo via Auckland, and arrive late afternoon. (flight not included in package) Transfer to accommodation. Check into Millenium Hotel on the shores of Lake Taupo for 2-nights.
Saturday November 1 - Breakfast. Play Kinloch GC. Visit Huka Falls.
Sunday November 2 - Breakfast. Check out. Play Wairakei, located in a wildlife sanctuary. After lunch, travel to Napier. Check into central Napier Hotel for 3-nights.
Monday November 3 - Breakfast. Play Cape Kidnappers, consistently rated in the World Top 100. We have the whole day here to enjoy ourselves.
Tuesday November 4 - Breakfast. Cup Day lunch at Craggy Range Winery. Shared tasting menu with option to have wine pairings. We can relax and fully enjoy the wine and food in stunning surroundings, whilst we keep an eye on the races.
Wednesday November 5 - Breakfast. Check out. Flight from Napier to Auckland, departing at 10am (not included in package) Travel from Auckland airport to Te Arai Golf resort. Check in for 3-nights. Afternoon games on the "Playground' putting green.
Thursday November 6 - Breakfast. Play the North Course Te Arai.
Friday November 7 - Breakfast. Play the South Course Te Arai. Presentation dinner in Ocean Restaurant.
Saturday November 8 - Breakfast. Check out. Travel to Auckland airport for departure. Suggested flight to Melbourne QF156 departing 3.35pm, not included in package.
Please Note: There is the option to stay an extra night at Te Arai, play the North Course again on Saturday, and then depart on the Sunday for Auckland airport. Please indicate if you wish to take up this option on the booking form.
