The Bad Little Nine- Scottsdale National GCThe Bad Little Nine- Scottsdale National GC

The Bad Little Nine at Scottsdale National Golf Club is a Jackson Kahn design.

It is very likely the hardest par 3 course in the world.

It is not a pitch and putt course- each hole is a real golfing challenge demanding the highest level of precision and golfing skill.

And a lucky bounce or two is essential to record any sort of decent score.

Holes range in distance from 86 to 153 yards long, but it is the crazy green complexes that wreak havoc on your score..

Despite the extreme nature of the layout, and the difficulty in scoring, it is a hoot to play.

Turning up to play on a Friday Challenge day is something Travelling Golfers should aspire to- the pins are cut in the most diabolical positions on each green.

Break par and you win a $1000 bar credit!

Expect to see a Travelling Golfer tour heading to Scottsdale sometime soon!
