Pelican Hill GC- North Course- hole 9
The South course was built by Fazio in 1991, followed by the North course in 1993.
The North course is routed through higher ground, along ridges and over canyons- all with wonderful ocean backdrops.
Like all Fazio courses it is artfully bunkered and a stern test of golf
Notable holes include:
hole 2- a par 3 over a canyon to a sloping green surrounded by trouble (see pic top of page)
hole 4- a strong par 4 with a demanding approach
hole 9- a strong, tight par 4 (see pic mid page)

hole 17- a par 5 that winds around the canyon, and lake on its right to a nicely bunkered skyline green with ocean backdrop
hole 18- a strong par 4 to finish with the green nicely framed by the walls of the resort
