TOUR OVERVIEW

The tour begins in the north west where the group gathers at Rosapenna for a 2 night stay..
This tour can be organised as a self drive tour or with bus and driver- in which case pick up could be at either Derry, Belfast or Dublin airport as arranged
You will wake on day 2 with Rosapenna's two courses outside your door. Your task today is to best the fabulous Sandy Links course, and for the energetic there is the opiton to back up and also play the Old Tom Morris course later in the day.

Day 3 starts with a short drive to Portsalon GC- a lovely links by the sea.

After golf you will enjoy the scenic drive to Ballyliffin for another 2 night stay.

The challenge before you on day 4 is Ballyliffin's Glashedy Links- recent host to The Irish Open.

With the wind a factor at all times, it is a challenging layout, and very picturesque.

There will be time to play again for those that are keen- The Old Links has some wonderful holes...

On day 5 you potentially have a golf free day. You can check out and stay and play The Old Links, or you can head for the big smoke- Portrush! It might be a good day to see The Giant's Causeway or sample the product at Bushmills Distillery. Your accommodation for the next 4 nights is the fabulous Bushmills Inn.

Day 6 is a golf day- with Castlerock's refurbished Mussenden course the focus of the day. Later in the day I would defintiely recommend you play the adjacent nine hole short course- The Bann course at Castlerock. Set in huge dunes it is about much fun as golf can be!

Portstewart GC- The Strand Course: hole 2Portstewart GC- The Strand Course: hole 2

Day 7 and your golf game better be in good shape by now- Portstewart's Strand Course recently hosted The Irish Open, and has THE BIGGEST DUNES you ever will see. It's awesome!

In the afternoon take time to see The Dark Hedges or Dunluce Castle or The Carrick-a-rede bridge.

Day 8. Crunch time!

Your game better be in shape by now, as you take on the challenge of the mighty Royal Portrush Dunluce course, home of two Open Championships. Good luck today!

Day 9 Start the day with a scenic drive to Ardglass GC, home of the oldest golf clubhouse in the world (it looks like an old castle).

The course has sea views from every hole, and a number of spectacular clifftop holes. Enjoy a drink in the old clubhouse after golf before heading to Slieve Donard for a 2 night stay.

Day 10. You will feel like royalty staying at Slieve Donard. Explore the vast old hotel, and the seaside town of Newcastle. There are lots of dining options..

But it might also be a good idea to hits some balls and warm up for today's game- rated as the no 1 course in the world outside the USA, Royal County Down is very obviously one of the best and most challenging links in the world.

You will need to play well and with so many blind shots a caddy might be a good investment...

Royal County Down also a short course- The Annersely Links. Tempted?

And that about wraps it up!

Day 11 head to Dublin for your onward flights
