You then have the option to add 5-nights at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort on the coast in Oregon, voted the best golf resort in the world! You will play four courses that have been rated in the Top 100 in the world, a wonderful 13-hole Par 3 designed by Coore/Crenshaw and an option to play the newly opened Sheep Ranch.

 TRIP OVERVIEW


The tour begins on the Monterey Peninsula with 5 nights at the Pebble Beach Golf Resort®, staying at The Links at Spanish Bay. You play 5 games of golf: Pebble Beach (rated number 7 in the World), The Links at Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill and Pasatiempo Golf Courses. 

Sightseeing opportunities on the Monterey Peninsula include  17-mile drive, a visit to the village of Carmel and the Monterey Aquarium.

Then it's off to San Francisco for a 2 night stay in the heart of the city. A full day is free to spend sightseeing to visit places such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, Fishermans Wharf and Alcatraz. You then head to the heart of the Napa Valley, famous for its wines, and stay and play at the Silverado Resort which offers 2 PGA Championship Courses.

The tour ends at San Francisco Airpot or you have the option to continue your escorted golf tour to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, located on Oregon's rugged windswept coast.

The Bandon Resort has five world class courses, each distinctively different: Pacific Dunes (rated 23 in the world designed by Tom Doak), Bandon Trails (rated 99 designed by Coore Crenshaw), Old Macdonald (rated 83 and designed by Tom Doak), Bandon Dunes (rated 68 and designed by David Maclay Kidd), Sheep Ranch (opening in 2020 designed by Coore/Crenshaw), plus The Punchbowl (a gigantic putting course designed by Tom Doak), Bandon Preserve (a 13-hole Par 3 course designed by Coore/Crenshaw) AND Practice Facilities that include two driving ranges, short game practice areas and putting greens. The Bandon Resort was designed for the "pure enjoyment of golf".

Your 5-night stay allows ample time to play the 5 courses: Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Bandon Trails, Old MacDonald and The Preserve, use all the practice facilities, putt on The Punchbowl plus the option to play Sheep Ranch.
The tour ends with a transfer back to North Bend airport.
