A pennant golfer for many years, a former Club Captain, and international golf course rater - Heather brings a wealth of golfing experience to The Travelling Golfer.
Heather is also a very competitive golfer, with an A-Grade handicap and has been a club member for 30 years. She had led numerous tours over the past 10 years and is also adept at running golfing events, successfully running our Charity Tournament "The Beanie" for over 15 years. Heather helps with the design of our trips, constantly researching to make sure we get the extra special details right.
She has played over 70 of the Top 100 courses in the world and travels extensively every year, either hosting trips or researching for future trips.
Otherwise known as Heather Spielberg, Heather is renowned for her movie trailers and short movies capturing the memories of our fabulous golfing extravaganzas. Check out The Travelling Golfer YouTube channel. for her latest series, "Fantastic Golf Holes and Where to Find Them"

After spending 12 years employed as a CPA specialising in Self Managed Superannuation Funds, Rory joined The Travelling Golfer in April 2016.
His accounting, administration and technology skills made an immediate impact.
An experienced traveller and a passionate golfer, Rory plays off a plus 1 handicap. He is also a pennant player, Club Champion and International Rater for Golf Digest USA.
He is involved at all levels of the business- from researching and designing trips, to leading groups to the special golfing destinations. Rory specialises in leading groups to The Masters, The Open Rota Championship Courses in the UK and Ireland's Best Courses. He also leads international visitors to the best Australia and New Zealand Courses.

Robert and Lisa led our 2024 Vietnam Tour with great success and are looking forward to leading another tour in 2025. Rob is a very keen golfer from Warrnambool GC in Victoria who has a lot of experience looking after groups, whilst Lisa is a non-golfer who takes great pride in taking care of the non-golfing partners. They make a great team for our tours.

A keen golfer and experienced traveller with a practical approach, Ian is the ideal trip organiser and leader. He combines his organisational skills and analytical approach with a laid back, friendly personality. Many of his tours offer a self-drive option which gives the group the flexibilty to cater for golfers and non-golfers alike. Ian has led groups to Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Vietnam.
Ian is also a leader at club level, having distinguished himself as club captain at The Heritage G & CC in Melbourne. He is also a member of The National Golf Club in Victoria.

With over 30 years in the industry, Donna is a travel consultant with the knowledge and experience to handle all enquiries with ease.
Donna handles all our escorted tours travel bookings, and is equally adept at preparing an itinerary for that special personal holiday.
Apart from golf trips, Donna can assist with general travel itineraries, travel insurance, cruises, train trips, tickets to world and sporting events.

Sue Semmens is a very experienced world traveller with a passion for golf, swimming and other active pursuits.
She is a low single figure golfer who has had many years of pennant and competition golf winning several Club Championships. Sue knows the game inside out. She enjoys taking people to special golfing and holiday destinations all over the world.
Sue has led tours for The Travelling Golfer to South Africa and Italy, New Zealand & The Ladies Open Rota tour around the U.K. She leads both womens and couples tours.

Leigh Bull at Hamilton Island
Leigh is a golf enthusiast being a member of the Metropolitan and National Golf Clubs and having played many of the top golf courses around the world. With a GA of 5 he is a handy golfer and former pennant player, who looks to find challenging golf courses to play.
He was a member of the South Africa 2019 tour and one of the team leaders on the Hamilton Island Teams Challenge. In 2024 he will lead a tour to Bandon Dunes Resort.

Mark led our Best of England Tour in 2023 and was a very popular leader. He is a low handicap golfer who has years of experience taking groups of golfing mates on golfing trips. Combine this with his friendly caring nature and background in teaching, and you have a great tour leader.
