Overview
On this 19-day (Self-Drive) escorted tour you will play the greatest courses in Ireland - the famous courses near Dublin, the gems of the South West and the crown jewels of Royal County Down & Royal Portrush. This is the complete golf tour of Ireland.
The tour begins in Newcastle where the tour starts off with a bang with world class golf at Royal County Down (which has been rated Number 1 in the world by Golf Digest) and a stay at the iconic Slieve Donard Hotel.
You then head south to Dublin for sightseeing and golf at The Island and Portmarnock
You then head north to Rosapenna and play the fabulous new St Patricks Links (rated no 3 in Ireland) designed by Tom Doak.
Then it is off to Northern ireland and a stay at the famous Bushmills Inn where we play Royal Portrush (host of the 2025 Open Championship) and the dramatic Portstewart.
You then head to the brilliant South West of Ireland where you play Ballybunion, Tralee, Old Head, and finally Waterville.
Along the way you stay in iconic hotels, lodges & inns, and take time out to explore all the 'must see' sights.

Itinerary
The Travelling Golfers meet in Newcastle in Northern Ireland on Thursday 24th July, straight after The Open Championship at Royal Portrush.
Day 1 The tour starts in Newcastle for a 2 night stay at Slieve Donard Hotel
Day 2 play the famous Royal County Down, rated by Golf Digest as Number One in the world outside the USA.
Day 3 Check out and head south to Dublin for a 2 night stay in the heart of Dublin and golf at 'The Island' in the afternoon.
Day 4 sightseeing around Dublin
Day 5 Check out. Play golf at Portmarnock GC. After golf, head north to Rosapenna Resort for a 3 night stay.
Day 6 Play Rosapenna's Sandy Links
Day 7 Play St Patrick's Links, Rosapenna's new top 100 course designed by Tom Doak.
Day 8 Check out. Travel day with sightseeing. A great opportunity to see the famous sights of Ireland (Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-rede bridge, Bushmills Distillery, Dark Hedges) Check in for a 3-nights stay at the popular Bushmills Inn.
Day 9 Play Portstewart GC, set in a dramatic dunescape.
Day 10 Plays Royal Portrush Dunluce Course - home of the 2019 & 2025 Open Championship
Day 11 Check out. Travel and sightseeing day as you drive from Bushmills in the North East to Lahinch in the South West. Check in for 1-night.
Day 12 Check out. Play Doonbeg. Head south to Ballybunion and check in for a 1-night stay.
Day 13 Check out. Play one of the very special links links in the world, The Old Course at Ballybunion. After golf you will head to Kinsale for a 2 nights stay.
Days 14 Play the spectacular Old Head.
Day 15 Check out. Travel to Killarney for a 4 night stay at the Great Southern Hotel.
Day 16 Play the picuresque and dramatic Tralee Golf Course.
Day 17 Rest day and do some sightseeing in Killarney such as the Ross Castle and Muckross House.
Day 18 Drive the Ring of Kerry and play the last game of the tour at Waterville Links
Day 19 Check out. Tavel back up to Dublin airport for departure
