Join us as we journey to Portsalon, on Ireland's scenic north west.
Portsalon is located on Lough Swilly, where the beach has been voted the second most beautiful beach in the world..
Portsalon Golf Club has a pure links course, with all of the early holes in the low lying dunes hugging the beach.
The second hole is a standout- it is a world class hole which is both challenging and fun to play!It is a daunting and demanding par 4.
The tee shot must must be long and accurate to make the diagonal carry over ocean & beach to find the fairway.
Inevitably this leaves most with a decision: do you take on the long approach over the creek to the green, or do you lay up?
It's a tough hole.
