Trip Overview

The tour begins with 1 night in Rome. (There is an option to add a private tour of the highlights of Rome, including the Collosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and more.) 
You depart Rome and head north for four days in Tuscany where you explore the hilltop villages of Montalcino, San Gimignano and Pienza, taste the famous Brunello wines of Montalcino and pecorino cheese of Pienza and have lunch at an Organic Cheese Farm overlooking the Val D'Orcia. Whilst in Tuscany you spend 1 night in the village of Montalcino and 3 nights at a 5-star golf resort, Toscano Castelfalfi. Whilst in Tuscany you play golf at Royal Golf La Bagnaia, Castelfalfi Lake Course and Castelfalfi Mountain Course and enjoy authentic homecooked Italian dinners.
You leave Tuscany and travel further north to Santa Margherita Ligure staying two nights in an elegant historic hotel that adjoins the famous seaside promenade on the Italian Riviera. You have a full day to either relax by the pool, explore Santa Margherita or take the ferry to nearby Portofino. The next day you head further northward along the Liguria coast and then inland to Biella, where there is the opportunity to do some stopping at the famous shopping outlets . 

The beautiful and secluded Biella Le Betulle Golf Club is nestled in the foothills of the Alps and is your home for the next night. Nestled in a forested valley with stunning mountain backdrops, this private course is rated amongst the best in italy. At Biella you enjoy a leisurely 9 holes in the late afternoon (optional) followed by a degustation dinner in the clubhouse, then 18 holes of golf the next morning. You then head east towards Lake Como, stopping at the highly regarded Castelconturbia Resort for golf and a one night's stay.
 
Then there is time to 'catch your breath', with a relaxing four night stay in Como. The luxury Palace Hotel is located in the heart of Como and your room is guaranteed to overlook the Lake. Whilst in Como you play golf at two stunning and historic courses, Villa d'Este and Menaggio & Cadennabia, you take a ferry ride to the famous resort town of Bellagio and explore the restaurants and shops Como is famous for.


You leave Como and head east to the ancient city of Verona (home of Romeo and Juliet) and enjoy a night at the opera in an Ancient Roman amphitheatre.

Lastly you have 2 nights in Venice, staying in an 18th Century luxury hotel in the historic centre of Venice. There is time to explore the sights of Venice and a game of golf at Venice Golf Course. Appropriately, the course is built on a spectacular strip of land between the Adriatic Sea and the Lagoon of Venice. The trip concludes in Venice with a farewell dinner and presentations.
