Gather your golfing friends together and join us for 4 days at Hamilton island, playing 2 rounds at the spectacular Hamilton Island Golf Course.
The Hamilton Island Course is located on Dent Island and is considered to be one of the most challenging couses in the world. Accommodation is at the Reef View Hotel, overlooking the Coral Sea and opposite the beautiful Catseye Beach.
There will be pairs and team events each day with fabulous prizes. Our team events have a reputation for being great fun and very social!

COVID-19: If at a certain point in time, part or all of the trip is affected by COVID-19 imposed Government restrictions, we will endeavour to reschedule, hold in credit or refund payments made where possible. Our intent is to give you and the group the best available solution. This will be governed by the terms of our supplier and when the restrictions are imposed.
Program of Events
Day 1:
Arrive at Hamilton Island airport and transfer to Reef View Hotel. Check in for 3 nights
Day 2:
Transfer by ferry to Hamilton Island GC on Dent Island
18 holes golf competition, team and pairs events. Presentation of daily prizes.
Transfer back by ferry back to Reef View Hotel
Day 3:
Transfer by ferry to Hamilton Island Golf Club on Dent Island
2nd Round of competition, Presentation of prizes.
Transfer back by ferry back to Reef View Hotel
Day 4:
Check out of hotel and transfer to airport
Pre and Post Tour Options
Participants also have the opportunity to stay on a few extra days at Hamilton Island Reef View Hotel before and after the tournament at a special discounted rate. Arrive a day early, and/or stay on for up to 2 days after, to receive this special rate.
Direct flights are available from Hamilton Island to Brisbane & Cairns, so participants may be tempted to extend their time in the sun by adding time in Port Douglas, Cairns, Brisbane, The Gold Coast or The Sunshine Coast.

COVID ALERT!
Although Australia now appears to have made significant inroads against the pandemic there is always the possibility that it could flare again and affect our proposed travel.
Please note the terms and conditions for Hamilton Island who have added the following Force Majeure Clause into new contracts to cover the implications of Covid:
Force majeure means no Party will be held responsible to the other Party nor be deemed to be in default under, or in breach of any provision of, this Agreement for failure or delay in performing any obligation of this Agreement when such failure or delay is due to force majeure, and without the fault or negligence of the Party so failing or delaying.
For purposes of this Agreement, force majeure means a cause beyond the reasonable control of a Party, which may include acts of God; acts, regulations, or laws of any government; war; terrorism; civil commotion; fire, flood, earthquake, tornado, cyclone tsunami, explosion or storm; pandemic; epidemic and failure of public utilities or common carriers.
In such event the Party so failing or delaying will immediately notify the other Party of such inability and of the period for which such inability is expected to continue. The Party giving such notice will be excused from such of its obligations under this Agreement as it is thereby disabled from performing for so long as it is so disabled for up to a maximum of 90 days, after which time the Parties will negotiate in good faith any modifications of the terms of this Agreement that may be necessary to arrive at an equitable solution, unless the Party giving such notice has set out a reasonable timeframe and plan to resolve the effects of such force majeure and executes such plan within such timeframe. To the extent possible, each Party will use reasonable efforts to minimize the duration of any force majeure.
If the client is required to postpone the event at any time due to force majeure and/or any pandemic and/or government imposed restrictions that result in 60% or more of the group not being able to attend, Hamilton Island will hold funds for up to 12 months from the scheduled date of the event to be utilised for another event and/or date (dependent upon availability and may be subject to rate change).
