Trip Overview

The tour begins with 2 nights in Rome. There is an option to add a private tour of the highlights of Rome, including the Collosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and more.
We depart Rome and head north for three days in Tuscany where we explore the hilltop villages of Montalcino, San Gimignano, Pienza and Siena, taste the famous Brunello wines of Montalcino and pecorino cheese of Pienza, have lunch at an Organic Cheese Farm overlooking the Val D'Orcia and a guided tour of Siena. Whilst in Tuscany  we spend 1 night in the village of Montalcino and 2 nights at a 5-star golf resort, Toscano Castelfalfi. We have time to enjoy the practice facilities at Castelfalfi and play the Castelfalfi Lake and Mountain Courses.
We leave Tuscany and visit the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, then travel further northwest to Cinque Terre staying two nights in Manarola, the most picturesque of the five seaside villages. We have a full day to explore the villages and stroll the ancient footpaths linking the villages, and finish the day with a sunset cruise. Heading northward along the Liguria coast we travel north to Biella, stopping at some of the famous shopping outlets on the way.

The beautiful and secluded Biella Le Betulle Golf Club is our home for the next night. Nestled in a forested valley with stunning mountain backdrops, this private course is rated amongst the best in italy. At Biella we enjoy a leisurely 9 holes in the late afternoon followed by dinner in the clubhouse, then 18 holes of golf the next morning.

We then head east towards Lake Como, stopping at the highly regarded Castelconturbia Resort for golf and one night's stay. We then have four nights on Lake Como, two in the heart of Como and two at the very opulent Grand Tremezzo Hotel. There is time for golf at two stunning courses, Villa d'Este and Menaggio and Cadennabia, a visit to the famous resort town of Bellagio and shopping in Como.

We leave Como and head east to Verona. We have a guided tour of the ancient city of Verona (home of Romeo and Juliet) and enjoy a night at the opera in an Ancient Roman amphitheatre.

Lastly we have 2 nights in Venice, staying in an 18th Century luxury hotel in the historic centre of Venice. There is time to explore the sights of Venice and a game of golf at Venice Golf Course. Appropriately, the course is built on a spectacular strip of land between the Adriatic Sea and the Lagoon of Venice. The trip concludes in Venice with a farewell dinner.
