A Worthy Cause
We have run the charity tournament known as 'The Beanie' for many years. Each year our happy group of golfers gather to compete for the trophy, have a great time, and along the way have managed to contribute significant funding towards breast cancer research conducted by Professor Robin Anderson & her team. We have funded the purchase of a microscope, and the ongoing employment of researchers.
Robin Anderson is the Head of the 'Translational Breast Cancer Programme' and 'Metastasis Research Laboratory' at the Olivia Newton John Research Institute. Her research team is working on the most insidious forms of breast cancer, and it is Robin's team we are committed to assist.
Formely Robin worked at Peter MacCallum Institute but is now working with the Olivia Newton John Cancer Research Institute.
Join us at Victoria GC and contribute to a most worthy cause.
